The company was formed to provide tailored solutions for a variety of business needs, while aiding individuals with career and workforce development training. Victoria has over 10 years experience and an extensive background in Operational Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, and Account Management. She previously served for the District of Columbia Courts and over several Fortune 500 Companies. In her previous roles, Victoria wore many hats and was nicknamed the "The Problem Solver". Victoria has received numerous honors and awards for her accomplishments, dedication and work ethic.
