VBWS was created to provide tailored solutions for a variety of business needs, while aiding individuals with career and workforce development training. Victoria has over a decade of experience and an extensive background in HR management, operations, business administration, marketing and sales, and account management. She previously served for the District of Columbia Courts, private, and the non-profit sector. In her previous roles, she wore many hats and was nicknamed "The Problem Solver". Victoria has received multiple degrees, honors, and awards for her accomplishments, dedication, and work ethic.
