VBWS is proud to partner with a prestigious global law firm headquartered in California that is seeking a Software Developer/Engineer to join their team. This is a fully remote position with the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects supporting international legal operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications to support internal and client-facing systems.

Collaborate with attorneys, business analysts, and IT professionals to translate requirements into functional software solutions.

Qualifications:

This is a full-time on-site position offering an exciting opportunity to support executive leadership and play an essential role in advancing the organization’s impactful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Director and senior leadership team.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle correspondence.

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials with accuracy and professionalism.

Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive organizational and personnel matters.

Act as a liaison between executive leadership, staff, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage content creation across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
